The Extruder Camera System was designed to provide the operator with a television view of the inside of an extruder or any other enclosed area where product needs viewing. With the use of this system, an operator can prevent the loss of revenue by detecting potential plugs and dewatering screen malfunctions. This system consists of a camera, illuminator, extruder entry box, illuminator control, AC power interface box, and air filter system. |
